At IrelandDepot.com, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, whether they are new or slightly used, within 30 days of delivery. We do not charge any restocking fees, and a free prepaid return label is included with your order for your convenience.
We do not currently offer exchanges. All eligible returns will be refunded.

Prepare Your Item

Use the prepaid return label included in your package.

Repack the item securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Ship Your Return
Drop the package off at your nearest post office or shipping center. Keep a copy of the receipt or tracking number for your records.

Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a refund within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
